Welcome to the Moderate Means Program!

Many Washington families can’t get the legal help they need, simply because they can’t afford it.

The Moderate Means Program is here to help. The Moderate Means Program is a partnership between the Washington State Bar Association and Washington’s 3 law schools. We connect people within 200–400% of the Federal Poverty Level to lawyers who offer legal help at reduced fees.

Dear Moderate Means Client: Regrettably we have to close new client intake on a temporary basis. Clients who have already contacted us as of May 24, 2013 will be served. If you are a new client please check back on June 10, 2013.

If you are a lawyer interested in participating in the Moderate Means Program, sign up now.
